Current Ruler of Zora, Rumila is a young (in Zora years) Queen of her domain, taking after her late father Dhomphen. She is eager to show she is not to be messed with, by quickly causing stirr with their peace agreements with Gorons and “show the world what Zora’s are capable off”.

Right now, her focus seems to be on stomping the rebellion of River Zora’s and unite the Zoras of the world in peace under her banner

Admiral Makau is her most loyal subject. When Admiral Makau is not doing a mission outside of the palace, he is standing aside Queen Rumila.
