They have been active across the world, some saying they have multiple secret hideouts everywhere
He and His gang dissappeared decades ago in thin air, last seen being active in Hyrule Realm.
In reality, Blind had himself be cursed by Malice, bedridden, until he perished and rose back as demonic shadow, taking the lives and shadows of his former partners
Mute, the Bookkeeper and smartest of the party, managed to seal Blind and undead gang in their last hideout with sealing fulu’s, dooming himself but making sure the dread of Blind, the Shadow stealer, makes wreck thru out the land. Blind, being unable to cross the barrier, lied in wait until a strong body would arrive in the hideout, so he could steal it and espace his prison.

Blind was ultimately defeated and vanguished by S.O.O (Stars of Otava)
