Personalized 'Notes' on Pages

It would be nice to have a spot on the bottom could have their own personalized ‘note’ space for their opinions on a page. So that their personal thoughts on something can be abstracted from the actual information on the page, and be tagged at the end with their user icon/name and their message to that article.

For instance, if I an item called “Sword that Isn’t Cursed” and the information box explained where the sword is from and some additional lore.. then at the bottom there could be some ‘user comments’ like,
Pam “This sword was found near XX and that area is definitely cursed..”
Steve “I think this sword was created by YYY and that guy is usually on the up and up.”

Seems like a nice way for characters to capture thoughts on things that isn’t construed as fact or actual lore.
