Would it be possible to customize how many days are in a given world’s week, and also be able to name them?

Sadly that is not possible in combination with allowing people to create custom calendars. But even for the calendar of Wildemount with its weird “not part of any month or tenday” holidays, this can’t fit in a simple calendar system with simple rules like “every week has 10 days and here are their names”.
