Fine tuned privacy settings per entity

AKA, player has an NPC family member, they can’t make them private to just themselves or even share with the DM. On the flipside the DM cannot make a private NPC shared with only one player. Same thing with Lore, I can’t share some lore with just one player without them making it invisible to even the DM.
