Show the "jump to last entry" button on mobile

This feature request is implemented!

A very nice feature is the “jump to last entry” button on the timeline. It allows a reader to go straight to the last available entry on the page. However that very useful button is not present on the mobile version of the page, and in our case, with 37 k words, it’s very long to scroll down the page. The button, on mobile, would drastically reduce that time.
