John’s cousin in Meletis. In charge of watching over the gambling den in Meletis he doesn’t know much but knew to keep people out only letting certain people in the building. Also he was in charge of keeping the building appearing like a legal warehouse doing cargo storage. Currently imprisoned for his crimes he rots away in jail though he stays oddly calm about his imprisonment.
