The current ruler of the Sword Coast. He rose up in the cities crypts astride his dragon, Galanvis the Vicious Sword, and quickly asserted himself as the new ruler. Through what appeared to be necromancy and some sort of control over the draconic, he amassed an army of Dragons, Draconians, Undead, and Humanoids, and marched along the coast, occupying and enslaving any unfortunate to put up a fight.
