This Leonin helps Tanari run the Historical Histories and is one of the main advertisers of the museum, aiding in tours and has an energetic energy to him. He looks refined and his voice sounds smooth and probably has gotten him in and probably out of some sticky situations in his past.

Unknown to the party, he too is secretly helping Tanari and Wilbur in their fight against Galdeth on the mainland, being used as a spy and recognisance whenever needed, but currently he resides with the museum to rat out any supporters of Galdeth within the city.
