The Queen Alicia Kendrick can’t be in two places at once, therefore she entrusted the rule of Norland to her close friend Luric, who overseas the capital of Norland in her stead.
A young half-elven man, Luric was born and raised into politics and it was he who gives advice to many of the officials across both Alaron and Norland. A respectable man, he doesn’t spend as much time with the people like Alicia does, however he is a just and fair duke to the people and their problems.
