One of The Scars, Nobrek is the oldest of the nine, being the first to be turned, and the only one capable of manipulating the time around himself. Any blade is turned to rust in his presence, any human is aged dramatically, and any ling lived race finds themselves striped of their gift of long life. Nobrek does not need to raise a blade to defeat his foes. He simply needs to stand there as his enemies grow old and weak before him, stripped of their mortality.
