Larc has only ever known manual labor. That is all any of his kind have ever known in Cheliax. He has spent nearly his entire life in and around the Yolubilis River cleaning it, shaping it, removing junk the elite among Kintargo pollute it with. He never questioned his existence, and his brothers in arms never seemed to either. That is, until about the night of ashes. Something strange beset Larc that night altering his life forever.

No more does Larc view his “work” for Kintargo as a job. It was slavery.

No more does Larc limit his worldview to the river. He yearns for something greater.

No more does Larc calmly accept his role in Kintargo. He thirsts for revolution and the freedom of his people.

Trying to adapt to his new found freedom and understand how to navigate the politics of Kintargo, LARC learns of a protest set to happen in Aria Park. He feels this is a perfect place to begin to learn how to gain freedom for his people. Perhaps, too, to greater understand himself . . .

When LARC enters a bloodrage, he changes demeanor entirely. He called himself “Perfidus Praeteritum.”

Larc was Tragically cut down in a heroic effort to stop Nox in the complex beneath Hocum’s Fantasmagorium. Gone, but never forgotten.
