Session 21

Larc and Ayse find Lucius in Villegre park. They discuss Lucius feelings about what going on, and he says he realized he doesn’t have to like everyone he works with as long as the group is working for the good of Kintargo. Lucius agrees to meet at the service, and bids them farewell.

Ham, Vazra, Ayse, and Larc make it to the service. TURNS OUT MILANI IS THERE IN PERSON. Larc introduces himself but quickly gets thrown off guard by her. Vazra introduces himself next, and they discuss if Vazra feels a calling, and he says not really but appreciates what she did for Ham. Everyone stares at Vazra. There is a rose with stigmata blood and spontaneous falling petals. The new rose of Kintargo has a hyper realistic rose bud mask over his face/head.

The service starts with a variety of clashing drumbeats and string melodies that resolve over time into a singular tune. Powerful and direct worship of the process of rebellion and the act of taking back. Milani joins in. As the song crescendos, the Rose begins a sermon. After some preaching, a discussion of the “new” silver ravens, with the congregation seeming split between supportive and cautious. Ham, taking some encouragement from Milani herself, speaks in favor of the reformed ravens.

More preaching before the service turns into a mixer. Lucius, disguised as Carrot, begins to spread a rumor of the Silver ravens at the excruciation with Larc and Ayse’s help. After successfully disseminating the details of that event, Lucius asks Milani if shes actually here. She says she is.

Lucius heads back to his estate, while the other four head back to Longroads. They find Rexus lost in his drink, bemoaning his “Death” but as Rexus stumbles about, he hums the theme of a particular museum. Ayse has a moment of inspiration, and pulling out Lady Victocoras note to Rexus, and realized it pointed towards Hocum’s Fantasmagorium.

Session 22

Ayse asks Rexus about the phantasmagorium, and Rexus drunkenly recollects his childhood experiences there while Ayse tries to show him the code in the not from his mother pointing to it.
Ayse and Vazra convince Rexus that hes too drunk to go check out the phantasmagorium now, and Larc takes him to bed. Vazra asks Larc about his hobbies, but thinks that writing may be too quiet for the constant screaming in Larc’s head from Perfidus, so he suggests pickleball.
The group beds down for the night.
