Bailiff’s Truncheon

Located at the foot of the hill holding the residence of Lady Alexia Basileon, this tough, seedy bar occupies the ground floor of a wooden triplex. The bar is cheap, dirty, and usually crowded. It is an open secret that the Truncheon has two sizable basements, the second of which holds nightly bare-knuckle fights.
