Session #6 - End

We got up and went to work. Elyndra went to treat the prisoners to keep them in shape for work, but she didn’t see any half-elves in the group she treated.

A bit frustrated by the lack of progress, we went to eat at the mess hall. Listening around as we ate, we heard that the special prisoner was tied to a post somewhere, and that he wasn’t allowed to eat or drink. We went looking for the prisoner, trying to come up with a plan of action as we walked around. We also looked for supplies in tents as we went along, which got us some loot, notably a couple potions, a magical short sword and some water-purifying beads. After going around the entire camp, we ended up finding the prisoner behind some tents. The prisoner was in fact Leosin Erlanthar, the monk we had been sent to find. As we were about to go back to our tent, we were recognized by cultists in the camp and they surrounded us, demanding our surrender.

We surrendered immediately, as there were far too many cultists for us to take on all at once. They disarmed us and tied us to posts near Leosin. Thalindra summoned her longsword to her hand and cut her bonds, while Zerrius created a Pact Weapon dagger and did the same. After they cut the rest of the group’s bonds, they tried to cut Leosin free, but he refused, saying he would be fine on his own. After talking about what they should do with Leosin, we decided to sneak out of the camp and go back to Greenest to get some help, but we quickly got spotted and the whole camp was alerted.
