Cassius Cleves is a 62 year old human male who founded and runs Dragon’s Breath. Cassius grew up on and managed a farm in the settlement for many years, still living there, though no longer working it and doing everything he can to seem as anything but a farmhand. His weathered and leathery skin is the only sign of his humble past, as he now wears his long white hair in a bun and walks through town with a cane he doesn’t need, while wearing a thick cloak with a fur collar, regardless of the weather.

He openly and loudly supports the Lawful Taxation League and is not shy about his assumptions that he’s all but guaranteed a spot on the council they plan to form. This belief often leads to heated discussions or outright arguments with Marcus Aetheon, as each consider themselves to be the ideal businessman for Farinnel, and each a better choice to be on the council than the other, who should not serve at all.
