A lightning genasi spellcaster capable of possessing other people, killing them in the process. First encountered by the party in Dendere where he tried to assassinate a powerful political figure with a lightning bolt. The battle with the party led to him putting Duni in a coma after trying to possess Shimyra. He managed to escape after his other allies were defeated.
Later, a vision showed him in a group of four serving an ancient being wishing to avenge the death of their people. He appeared to be the youngest of the group, being less maniacal and more fearful in battle. Had his head removed by his master as a punishment though this act did not kill him he was used in a process to spread life force to the others.
