One of the leaders of the Shalvaki, Terios is responsible for training new recruits. He and Shimyra Xil’tyl did not get along initially as he scoffed at Shimyra’s airheadedness and love of jewels while Shimyra didn’t like his strict teaching style, his tendency to trick his students during training exercises or his grouchy attitude. Though by the time Shimyra set off on her first mission the two have formed a more stable working relationship. While he is a strict instructor he does care for his students as well as his kingdom. He previously helped to train Shimyra’s older brother Nimbros. He was since deposed as leader in a battle by a being named Meros. The new leader changed the Shalvaki into the Council and changed their objectives to frame the Xil’tyl family for treason and rule the people with an iron fist. His current whereabouts are unknown.
