Camp Daedruk
History
Camp Daedruk has a haphazard and eclectic layout that has evolved over the years It began when The plague citadel was overflowing with Spellplague victims, and the city needed more space to contain the refugee’s. It consists of a myriad of tents, pavilions, and makeshift structures constructed from an assortment of materials ranging from timber to scavenged stone. The camp’s center holds a bustling marketplace, the heart of its economic activity. This open-air bazaar teems with stalls and booths hawking magical artifacts, rare spell components, exotic weapons, and curiosities from distant lands. In the camp’s periphery, you’ll find inns, taverns, and trading posts, catering to the needs of those who venture here.
Rising above the camp is a massive watchtower, a sentinel guarding against the potential threats from the Plague Citadel. This tower, constructed from reclaimed stone, serves both as a lookout and a beacon, its fires burning bright during the night to guide weary travelers. Guards patrol its ramparts, scanning the horizon for any sign of danger.
