The Circle of the Shepherd druid settlement in the southern range of Alessia. Home to about 200 semi-permanent druids and resting place for dozens of others, Marda is a self-sufficient community in regular communication and collaboration with other druid circles across Tal’Dorei. To the average human passing by, Marda looks like a deep thicket of knotted trees and dense brush, but once inside Marda is a collection of simple living wood cabins and cottages encircling Alessia, the oldest tree in this part of the forest which gives it its name.
