The northeastern side of the settlement is made up of pastures which house the majority of the pork and cattle that supply meat to Seth’ra’s butcher. Owned and managed by Orion Bladewalker, the large pasture is known as the Animal Fields and caters to Orion’s fascination with the fauna of Tal’Dorei that appears across the Dividing Plains. Griffons, owlbears, drakes, and other various monstrosities reside in several fields across the area, allowing Orion to practice taming and various husbandry principles. He’s mostly successful, though scars across his body indicate his failures outright, and those creatures that he has tamed are kept in the front most fields to serve as a sideshow to travelers and defense of his livestock.
