24 January 857
Tuesday 1/24
We approach Loss Mekoin to bring us to Rah-Gu. He agrees to lend us his services. Otis hands Barr the harpoon and Daemos gives him the Pillow. We converse about our potential route to Rah-Gu. We take the boat all the way up through Lynryc. We will then take the Fang Path east and head south down the Dire Cap Mountains.
Barr notes that he has seen the name Varo Ano a number of times in his readings and he is interested in him.
Ryan makes us roll a d100
Daemos 14, Barr 41, Otis 43, Zieg 71, and Mingo 78
When Mingo enters the boat he rummages through some supplies and finds some dusty bottles in a crate and in one of them he finds oil with a sapphire glean to it and etched in the bottle of the vial it says oil of sharpness.
As we sail towards the entrance to the Grave Woods we approach a merchants boat. The crew of the merchant boat is in awe of the hero “Barr the Bane of Kraken Bay”. The Merchants offer a treasure chest of rewards as a thanks for saving their livelihood. The chest is small about the size of a small box. They preset it to Barr and inside is an iron flask. It feels heavy in his hand and notice some runic symbols on it. Barr makes a wisdom check. With a 13 he knows is is an iron flask and he has read the runes before they are runes of binding and the flask can be used to bind a creature not of this plane to the flask. The creature is held in stasis and upon release it is friendly for 1 hour then returns to its original state…. There is currently an unknown creature trapped within. The merchants return to their ship and go on their way.
Mekoin continues to sail the ship down the river adder.

Venture to Rah-Gu
River Adder Battle for Rayne
1/9 Session Begins
We are on the River Adder towards the three cities of LeArch, Oslar and Lynryc. We are going to Lynryc to take the Fang path over to the south road of the Direcap mountains to head to the city of Rah-Gu. There are creature prowling Fang Path and shenanigans down ransom road. Barr did not feed Otis on purpose; Barr doesn’t know what an ostrich is. Otis never ate anything. We are rolling up, Kyle would like it noted that everyone is full and happy except Otis because he didn’t eat, everything is mundanely normal. This river is about the width of the Erie canal you would not be able to throw a baseball across this river. The river is wide enough for two boats, we notice there aren’t any ships passing us.
