Violi wakes up in a pool of sweat and he releases an unholy eldritch blast and it blasts into the building making it unstable
End 2/7 Session
Rah-Gu History Lesson
2/12 Session
The group sees a sickly green blast crash through the walls making the house they are in very unstable. Barr grabs Mingo and starts running towards the door. Violi wakes and realizes that it was him that caused the blast cheers loudly at the realization his powers are back and hurries out the front door. Zieg wakes Otis and guides him out as well. Guards come by asking about what happened here and become suspicious of the group being the cause. The house becomes increasingly unstable and is crumbling. Barr holds up the house trying to stabilize it. Violi casts Far steps to blink in and out to rescue the remaining citizens still left inside the building. Guards quickly retract their accusations that the group could have caused this and wants to celebrate the group as heroes. Violi quickly tries to downplay the severity trying to keep a low profile. This makes the guards even more impress and they specifically want to recognize Violi in front of the heads of the 4 families at the RBW center. Violi says he has to go to the bathroom first and will meet them in a minute. Barr starts to guide the guards away. Violi disguises himself as a commoner and casts minor illusion around a corner to make a screaming sound(Ryan forced me to enact this sound which my mic did not pick up over discord, but certainly scared the shit out of my neighbors dogs which then began barking outside my door). This attracts the guards and the group takes the opportunity to break away from them. The guards come over and address the citizens and Violi casts invisibility and dips out.
Split Party
Barr, Zieg, Mingo, Otis are in the Air District and Violi heads to the market
Air District Museum
The group heads to the museum trying to investigate more about Rah-Gu’s history and sword. Histor Ree, the museum curator, greets them at the museum where he charges 2 gold as an entrance fee for the four party members. The curator presents three items on display from the “Rah-Gu Collection”. The first is a very old small toy figurine of a white dragon born believed to be called “Rijerkajerka”. They believe this may have been a god worshipped by Rah-Gu and it was a prized possession he kept on him at all times……. The next item is a cracked helmet. While this seems to have no magical properties it is believed to have once held great magical power that Rah-Gu and heroes would use to teleport around during the Great War. The third and final displays holds a swab of petrified flesh. On this flesh is a tattoo that is believed to have given Rah-Gu magical abilities. There is also painting of Rah-Gu with a shadow around him, but the painting has a halo over Rah-Gu giving him an angelic like demeanor. Mingo gets the idea that some of the ways Rah-Gu is being portrayed may be a bit excessive. Mingo notices that the painting may have been painted over and that the shadow may have had strings attached to Rah-Gu like a puppeteer at one point. Mingo eyes glaze over to black while her observes this. Mingo pops into a pocket plane and sees images of a possibly darker version of Rah-Gu, but you know who to say what is real and what is fake….. Zieg looks for information about the swords Rah-Gu was wielding. He observes two swords one normal sword and one appearing to be holy like his family’s sword. Barr goes to the museum gift shop. Barr buys a GI Joe style figurine replica of Rijerkajerka. Barr being the 1,000 customer wins a free Rijerkajerka doll for himself as well. Mingo approaches the curator and asks if he’s noticed that some of the work may have been whitewashed. The curator immediately seems to get defensive and Mingo picks up that the curator may be behind. The curator tries to get the group out of the museum faking a power outage and shuffling the group out. Barr tries to get a refund for the short visit and the curator flips him a gold.
Earth District Market and Fire District Blacksmith
Violi heads to market thinking that’s usually where his group goes first when exploring a city. Upon reaching the market he quickly realizes there is no trace of his party members and head to the blacksmith instead. Violi heads to a specific blacksmith that he knows Ozil frequently visits to get maintenance done on his swords. Violi enters the shop and starts talking to the shop keep while disguised as an Air District commoner. Violi makes up that he has a brother Pucker that knows Airon Nara one of the sons of the Air family and that he is looking for a fine sword. Billie Jo the shop keep and blacksmith reveals that he also does some accounting bookkeeping for some of the lords of city and reveals a few of his best pieces of work. Violi creates the alias of Cucker Tarlson to continue to negotiate a transaction. They eventually settle on a trade a sword for a necklace that Violi had in his possession.
The rest of the group heads to the market. They enter a battle axe shop that sells t-shirts and then head to the blacksmith. They enter the same shop that Violi is in, but do not recognize Violi in his disguise. Violi sees the group enter finishes the transaction and dips to wait out front since he is still disguise. The group chats up Billie Jo and eventually leaves. Violi gets the groups attention as they leave and they begin to converse on next steps. Barr presents Violi with the gift of the Rijerkajerka action figure to which Violi get overly excited because it is the most popular toy in all of Rah-Gu and his father never allowed him to have one growing up. Mingo begins to question Violi on if he believes people may be hiding things about Rah-Gu’s past. Violi is immediately offended by this and reveals that he and all people of Rah-Gu are educated from a very young age about the great benevolent hero that Rah-Gu was. After an insight check Mingo gets the idea that is truly what Violi believes. Mingo asks if there is anyone in a place of power that would be known for keeping secrets. Violi quickly acknowledges that sounds like a good description of his plotting father that tried to kill him. Violi reveals he is trying to get in contact with Ozil and the group asks why they don’t just go to his house which is right in the Fire Lords manor. Violi says the rest of the group is free to go, but he is staying behind and if they see a crumbled building to wave as they went by as that’s where the assassination attempt on his life occurred. Mingo asks if there is any other Head families that may know anything and Violi says the Water family is the oldest, but they usually keep to themselves.
(End of session decided to continue in fireside and decide next course of action)

Ceremonies? And Plotting
2/19 Session
Split Party
Central Rah-Gu
Violi is going to head to the earth Estate. The rest of the group is going to find the guards that wanted to celebrate their accomplishments. The group finds the guard and he greets them as heroes and asked if they are ready to be honored. They have assembled the heads of all 4 houses. They enter the central governing area through the air district. A group of guards cheer them on and 4 prominent figures enter dressed in nice robes. They begin to announce the heroes as they enter. Barr the Bane of Kraken’s bay, Otis #45, Mingo Everhard, and Zieg Thundersnow. The guards begin to question why there is only 4 instead 5 heroes now. Barr convinces them that there was actually only 4.
Earth Estate
Daemos meets up with Terra Cheeny in the Earth Estate. Violi is surprised thinking that she was going to be in the Center meeting area for he guards ceremony, but Terra reveals that the guards just like to do that to entertain themselves and nobody high up is really there at the ceremony. Terra agrees to set up a meet with the Ozil in the graveyard.
Central Rah-Gu
Barr observes that he is more powerful than this fire lord in every capacity. Barr thinks that the fire lord is using some kind of suppression magic to hide his power…. Until they realize that the person posing as Terra does not look familiar. They march out small treasure chests. Within each is a small badge that says honorary Rah-Gu Guard. They exclaim welcome to our ranks friends. Barr thanks them. Otis’s eye pops out to scan them and freaks out the guard a little bit. Mingo notices and freaks out a little bit as well looking at Barr. Otis asks the guard if he knows a lot about the law. He asks if he knows what the punishment is for impersonating members of the high family. Otis walks away knowing the guards got caught in a lie. Mingo pulls Barr to the side and asks if they knew Otis was a cyborg. They clear up with Mingo what Otis really is and Mingo says he is okay with that. Mingo nervously agrees with him still not fully understanding exactly what is happening. Otis opens his chest to try and give Mingo a better look. Mingo sticks his head in Otis’ chest and sees a coocoo clock for a heart. Mingo thinks back to the oil drank and thinks he might still be tripping balls from that.
Rah-Gu Graveyard
Violi meets up with Ozil make a really shitty plan that’s not really a plan. Something about referring back to the group and it may be having to be a bit more urgent and gaining the support of some of the other families. Coup may be incoming sooner than anticipated.
Air District Library
The rest of the group heads to the library. Dewalighemew Bookerton is the librarian he goes by Dewy for short. Mingo asks if he knows the Ree family and if he owns any of the library as well. Dewy says they are one of the oldest families in the city. Barr wants a book. Dewy gets the book 50 shades of Goblin and Mingo takes it and hands it to Barr. Dewy looks at his ledger and says it’s weird the last time it was check out was a really long time ago and can’t figure out what it says. Otis can’t find any books about staging a coup. Barr puts the 50 shades of goblin back and picks up another one. Zieg looks for a book to research reviving a teammate. In the fictional section he finds the lost scrolls chapter 7 Restoration. He thumbs through it and it’s a tale of a scroll that could bring the dead back to life under certain circumstances and was held by a king in some city. Mingo looks for a book about the Fae realm. Mingo finds a book called the Fae Wild. It’s a generic book with directionally correct descriptions for the most basic of the Fae Wilds. Barr looks specifically for a book about sphinxes, Dewy says there isn’t a book specifically about sphinxes, but there is a book that mentions something about sphinxes. It’s some kind of story that has to do with about some lost scroll and it being eventually being taken by sphinx and hiding it in his layer. He says to learn more he would have to find scrolls that have to do about lost scrolls. There is only one book like that and it’s the book he gave Zieg. It reveals the story of the king and the scroll of resurrection. A place where water once ran but now is dry. A place not seen with the naked eye. A place not north south east or west, but can be found when laid to rest. Barr finds a book called adventuring and he opens it up and is one page. It gives him 5 topics. Know thy self, equip thy self, companions, something about preparing and something else. Barr says that’s great and puts it back on the shelf.
Ryan remembers that Rah-Gu had a pet pheonix that hatched at the end of the last campaign
The group meets up wandering around the Air District. The go and register the the Furries and Fiends as an official guild within Rah-Gu for the low low cost of only 100 gold. We take on a quest that will reward us 30 gold and a roll on the magic table, but I did not actually take notes on what the quest was…. Oops… actually it may not have been specified yet… we’ll go with that. I was falling asleep at this point so who knows.
