Malladus is a rampaging demon monarch, right hand man of Demise, who once tormented the mortal realm during his frenzied rule. He hates creationism, and finds pleasure in demolishing cities, kingdoms, everything. His heart yearns for destruction, beating like an engine overwhelmed, spewing disasters and brings forth a ruination.
In order to protect the world, the Spirits of light destroyed his physical form and imprisoned his spirit, but even this cannot hold back the Engine of Destruction forever - by using a host body, Malladus is cabable to resurrect himself endlessly. To that end, his more discreet demonic followers infiltrate Hylian society, seeking to free him from his prison and serve as his new vessels.
