Great Deku, The World Tree

The fatherly guardian of the forest who safeguards not only the dense land around him, but the small population of beings that live in his shadow. As Child of Farore, the Golden Goddess, The Deku Tree has the sacred mission to watch over not just the forest and it’s children, but beyond to the world, watching, learning, passing on his great fatherly wisdom to generations to come. He cherishes all natural life like his own, and gives them lessons in their time of need, should they seek his teachings.
The Great Deku Tree has been there since time primordial, but he faces death same as all living beings. He does not truly die, as at the end of his life cycle, he channels his essecense into a great seed, from which he is reborn as new World Tree, changing into form & perhaps even personality but not in wisdom or parential being.
There have been countless versions of Deku tree across the ages, even an malicious called Baku Tree. But even in such form, The Oak Father will always offer his guidance to all of his children.
